A native of Aiken County, Tony has been a professional journalist and broadcaster since graduating high school in 1986. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Palmetto College. His first professional reporting assignment was at The Aiken Standard in Aiken, S.C., where he began his career as a sportswriter. He has served as reporter and editor/publisher of The Citizen News in Edgefield County among other newspaper roles. He was the afternoon host and program director on WKSX 92.7FM in Johnston, S.C., and now hosts the afternoon show on internet station Timeless Jukebox Radio.
